Willard wastewater budget includes focus on enforcement

The Willard City Council has approved its 5,591 share of the proposed 1,150 budget for the Willard/ Perry wastewater treatment plant for fiscal year 2026. The unanimous vote came during the council’s June 26 meeting, with members emphasizing operational readiness and new enforcement measures over cost figures.
