* Mashbill: Blend of high‑rye (74% rye, 11% corn, 15% barley) and low‑rye (51% rye, 34% corn, 15% barley)

* Nose: Floral and botanical with caramel apple, burnt toffee, honey, vanilla wafer, red fruits like apple/pear, kettle corn & powdered sugar

* Palate: Raisin, menthol, spice, green tea, cherry, citrus zest, honey-toffee, creamy caramel, fruity notes like red fruit and strawberry jam

* Finish: Toasted grains, black pepper, oak char, citrus zest, spiced honey, lingering mint, eucalyptus, cardamom, clove, cocoa, and lingering sweetness
