I can't say that I really know what William Tincup does. It has something to do with consulting and Human Resource Technology and he is a very popular guy. That's all I know. My hope, therefore, is that Tinny proves to be an articulate expositor of his own expertise so that I, in my ignorance, am not called upon to carry the show.
