Steve Washington is the executive secretary of the Wilmington Housing Authority Board of Commissioners serves on the state Board of Parole. He teaches special education at Talley Middle School in the Brandywine School District and serves as a deacon at Mount Zion Greater Harvest Ministries in Wilmington.
