Wilmington NC, Surf City and Topsail Beach Surf Report for 02-11-2025

Listen Later

Alright wave riders and beach lovers, gather 'round for the final surf zone update of 2024!

The National Weather Service in Wilmington has officially closed the book on this season's surf forecasts. From the sandy shores of Pender County's Surf City and Topsail Beach to the beautiful beaches of New Hanover like Wrightsville and Carolina Beach, our coastal sentinel has dropped the final curtain.

Brunswick County's stunning beaches - including Bald Head Island, Oak Island, and the charming Sunset Beach - are also wrapping up their official surf season. Surfers, swimmers, and beach enthusiasts, it's time to hang up those boards and stow away the sunscreen.

But don't get too melancholy! Our friends along the South Carolina coastline are joining the seasonal sign-off. From the vibrant North Myrtle Beach to the serene Pawleys Island, the surf zone forecasts are taking a well-deserved winter break.

Mark your calendars, beach lovers! The National Weather Service will return with fresh forecasts on April 1st, 2025. Until then, dream of perfect waves, warm sun, and the anticipation of another incredible beach season.

Stay stoked, stay safe, and see you next spring when the waves call us back to the shoreline! Catch you on the flip side.
