Surf's down, beach lovers! As the calendar turns to the final day of October 2024, the Surf Zone Forecast for our beloved coastal regions has officially wrapped up its seasonal run.

From the sandy shores of Pender County's Surf City and Topsail Beach to the vibrant coastlines of New Hanover including Wrightsville, Carolina, and Kure Beaches, we're closing the book on another memorable surf season. Brunswick's beautiful beaches - Bald Head Island, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle, and Sunset Beach - are also bidding farewell to official surf forecasts.

And let's not forget our South Carolina friends! The iconic beaches of Horry County - from Cherry Grove and North Myrtle Beach to Surfside and Garden City - are joining the seasonal sign-off. Georgetown's stunning coastal gems like Murrells Inlet, Litchfield, Pawleys Island, and Debordieu Beach are also saying goodbye to this year's surf reports.

But don't hang up those surfboards just yet! The National Weather Service Wilmington team promises to return with fresh surf zone forecasts on April 1st, 2025. Until then, keep your boards waxed, your skills sharp, and your ocean spirit alive.

Stay stoked, stay safe, and see you next season, wave riders!
