In this episode we read Acts 18:1–23 and follow Paul’s arrival in Corinth where he meets Aquila and Priscilla, works as a tentmaker, preaches in the synagogue, and faces opposition. After Crispus and many others believe, Paul warns the stubborn leaders, shakes out his garments and turns to the Gentiles, receives a vision from the Lord, and stays teaching for a year and a half.
The sermon focuses on Paul’s striking imprecation—"your blood on your own heads"—explores the biblical context of curse language and imprecatory Psalms, and encourages prayerful, covenantal appeals for God’s justice and mercy rather than personal vengeance.
