This is a crazy simple way to actually enjoy piles of spinach.
Wilted Spinach
(Serves 2, takes 2 minutes to cook.)
- 1 Bag of Spinach (Baby spinach is best)
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- Garlic Salt to taste
- 2-3 Tablespoons of Water
Directions:
In a large saucepan melt the butter with the garlic salt on Medium-High Heat. Add the entire bag of spinach and mix slightly with butter. Add water and continue to stir the spinach into the butter. Turn off the stovetop when your spinach still has some completely raw sections. Serve to your plate and enjoy immediately.
