Our guest Tiffony Jacobs co-authored the #1 New York Times best selling book " The Freedom Writers Diary." The book has since been turned into a movie portraying her story of overcoming homelessness, and abuse as the character "Brandy." Since the movie Tiffony has graduated from California State University - Long Beach, and trained over 600 educators to use the Diary in their classrooms. She currently speaks to audiences around the world about the resilience in humanity, financial literacy, and college planning.
