Happy Wine Wednesday Foxies!!! Today I have on a special guest who works at a steakhouse and we have a chat on all things wine and steak. If you're a foodie like me you will LOVE today's episode. Sergio is actually training to become a server at his restaurant so we are putting his wine knowledge to the test. We dissect his restaurant's exact menu and talk about what we think would be a great wine to order. Things we talk about include wine 101, why cabernet sauvignon and steak is just the ultimate match made in heaven, and we recommend wine and steak for every preference (even if you are against dry red wines).
