( aired Tues 10/01/19 ) “Wine Over Water” is back for its 25th year in the heart of Chattanooga. The signature wine and food tasting event - hosted by Cornerstones - takes place Saturday on the Walnut Street Bridge. But that is just part of a multi-day festival which has expanded again, with the addition of “Off the Bridge” events starting today. Amanda Carmichael is co-chair for “Wine Over Water."
