Please welcome Jill Osur, Founder of Teneral Cellars! She’s striving to “open up the necessary conversations and talk about the tough things so that we can make a difference and really get to this point where women have full equality in the United States.”
After years working in the wine industry, Jill came to terms with some terrifying stats—only 10% of winemakers are female, and less than 0.1% are Black. It was crazy to Jill that there are very few women in leadership positions in the wine industry and even fewer women of color—especially given that women are the top consumers of wine in the US.
