Yao Family Wines

This week, we head back to Napa Valley for the story of Yao Family Wines with Tom Hinde, President and Director of Winemaking. Learn how the five-time NBA All-Star got his start in wine then launched his own winery on Main Street in St. Helena. Ming not only takes his winemaking seriously, but he’s also passionate about philanthropy. He created Yao Ming Foundation to educate underprivileged kids and is also active in Wildaid, aimed to save animals from extinction (in partnership with Sir Richard Branson). Wow– Yao has taken an amazing journey and along with Hinde,  and produces extraordinary Napa Valley wines.
