We return to the Languedoc Rouissilon region of France with guests Carol Bailey and Steve Medwell of Princess & Bear Wines. Knowing how much we love mountain fruit, Carol & Steve shared the Pyrenees grown San Plus Attendre and tell us about the mountainous area of their beloved Languedoc region.

In honor of Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, we try an Israeli wine, Mount Hermon Red Blend. Many of the Israeli blends are similar to the mixes found in Bordeaux blends.
