On this week's podcast I am chuffed to bits to be introducing you to someone who shaped much of my sporting career by being a role model for me (even though he didn't know it at the time!) Neil Adams MBE is a former 5 times European Judo champion. He won the World Championships in 1981 and was twice the Olympic Silver medallist. Neil has recently been awarded his 9th Dan for services to judo. Neil now runs his own technical judo business with his Olympian wife Niki, is a key note speaker and is known professionally and affectionately as "the voice of judo" for his outstanding judo commentary. He is incredible well placed to share his thoughts with us on Winning as Success.
