The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show has been in existence longer than the AKC. And winning a title is a pretty big deal. Kate Basedow has participated in dog shows since she was an infant. Her dog of choice? The majestic Belgian Tervuren.

Kate shares with us life beyond the showroom floor, giving us a behind-the-scenes perspective about the work, passion, and love that goes into showing these dogs. Though there are many highs and lows, the incredible thrill of being named Best of Breed is almost indescribable...as Kate would know!
