The transition after competition can be tough, very tough for athletes. Jonathan Orr experienced this himself, now he helps athletes win during their season of transition. Jonathan is the Executive Director of Athlete Transition Services (ATS).

A student athlete at University of Wisconsin, where he earned his B.S. in Community Leadership and Non-profit Management, Orr’s work was prompted by his own transition from playing football for the NFL's Oakland Raiders and Tennessee Titans. He previously worked at Nashville Public Schools, the Salvation Army and NPower. A happily married father of three energetic children, Orr earned his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. In his spare time, Orr enjoys acting, performing standup comedy, and traveling.
