Winona Nelson's fine art often focuses on the stories and history of her tribe, the Ojibwe of Minnesota. She now freelances fulltime, working on illustration, concept art, comics in addition to fine art. Clients include Naughty Dog, Wizards of the Coast and many more. She lives in Philadelphia with her artist beau Anthony Palumbo and their gentleman cat, Diego.
