At last, a ball takes place at Winsleton Park.  Mr. Haywood tries to whip the young first footman into shape before the big event. Hazel seeks help in finding her sister from the folks upstairs. Timothy and Penelope finally get a chance to interact with people outside the estate, as the manor’s guests vie for the twins’ affection.
