After making a deal with the late Lord Marsh to bring Lord Commander Aleph to justice, the party begins looking for the entrance to the stronghold beneath the manor, exploring more of the manor and uncovering the grizzly remains of the Marsh family. Once they do find their way below, they'll discover they're not alone in the stronghold.
