Diesel prices continue to drop as fears over the coronavirus outbreak lead to falling oil prices. Also, another trucker who stepped up to help a person in danger along our highways has been honored for his efforts. A new Virginia transportation funding plan would raise both diesel and gasoline taxes. And the two political parties have announced the principles they intend to follow in creating an infrastructure plan for the nation.
