As the first full week of spring gets underway, winter is returning to Connecticut. Most portions of the state will get some snow over the next 12 to 18 hours, according to meteorologist Brad Field. In his podcast with co-host Dan Lovallo, Field also states that the northwest hills of Connecticut could get from 3 to 5 inches of snow on grassy surfaces and slush on the roadways.
