Winter storm Hernando leaves student travelers stuck

More than forty million people across the Northeast United States are under extreme winter alerts. Winter Storm Hernando touched down yesterday. The storm has led to the cancellation of over ten thousand flights and is considered one of the largest storms in recent history.


But the storm isn't just affecting the East Coast. Extreme weather conditions on are complicating travel for everyone -- even USC students. Lucia Carachure-Weakley has the story.
