Welcome to our inaugural episode of WISCAPE Now in Higher Ed, hosted by Brett Ranon Nachman. This podcast addresses the latest issues in postsecondary education. Each episode includes a featured guest, such as a faculty member, graduate student, staff member, or other individual whose career is embedded in the world of higher education.
In our first episode we have a conversation with Dr. Rachelle Winkle-Wagner, Associate Professor in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is here to discuss a recently-published journal article from the Journal of College Student Development that she co-authored with Dorian L. McCoy and Courtney L. Luedke, entitled "Encouraged or Weeded Out: Perspectives of Students of Color in the STEM Disciplines on Faculty Interactions."
