The inaugural Wisconsin Watchdog awards, presented jointly by the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism and the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council. Dave Zweifel, editor emeritus of The Capital Times, receives the Distinguished Wisconsin Watchdog Award. This celebration of investigative reporting and open government features a keynote address by Pulitzer Prize winner and UW-Madison graduate Lowell Bergman.
