The divine equivalence that Wisdom personified is described in Provers is a needful precedent as we explore Proverbs chapter 24. Because this sometimes neglected understanding of Wisdom presented in the proverbs text needs to be firmly set in order to get the importance of the instruction given to us. In fact, Wisdom has a qualitative factor associated with God. Furthermore, Wisdom will later in the Scriptures will be revealed as that same qualitative factor associated with the Lord Jesus Christ.
