Episode 5: In this meditation, Harvey Aronson/Lama Namgyal Dorje guides us into a relaxed and centered state through a simple breathing exercise followed by a short body scan. The main portion of this meditation is an explanation of labeling our various types of experience (sight, sound, thought, etc.) and then practicing that silently.
