    1. I read a page or two a night for a decent chunk of time
    2. I’m often met with either playing fortnite, chess, or some other dopamine activity, or I could read. I pick games, but knowledge is better than anything I can desire.

      3. Where do I want it to show up in my life?

      1. More consistent reading. Every successful person does it and I stopped doing it once I felt I had the knowledge I needed. Pros and cons to that approach

        2. How can you apply it to your life?

        1. Seek Wisdom. Read a book. Next time you get that desire that leads to a negative situation, do some introspection.
