Wide Grip Pull-ups: 3 Sets of 8-12

Deadlifts 3 sets of 6-10

Pull Downs 3 sets of 8-12

Overhead Barbell Press 3 sets of 8-12

Bench Press 3 sets of 6-10

Barbell Rows 3 sets of 8-12

Incline Barbell Bench 3 sets of 8-12

Pec flys 3 sets of 8-12

Dips 3 sets of 8-12

Leg raises 4 sets of 12-15
