This is about love. Coming from a place of the heart rather than the mind. It’s about how the mind works more in an animal survival way and the heart comes from a human perspective. It’s there to help and heal. I talk about trauma (as usual) and how unhealed children basically run the world. And how they just need some love and someone to listen to them.
