The "A Gifted" Medium interview was conducted in the 1930's by Harry Middleton Hyatt a Folklorist Historian from Illinois, who traveled the entire U.S. southern States conducting interviews with Hoodoo practitioners, Conjure men and woman and rootworkers. The "Gifted Medium" was from New Orleans and gives an impressive 21 page interview on what she refers to as Spiritual & Ism workings.
