There are so many adjectives that be used to describe those of us who are residents of the United States. As one who's traveled to several countries around the world I wouldn't want to live anywhere else other than here. But we really do need to take a strong look at how we engage each other, how we engage our society and how we look at those who don't look like us. Take a listen to this podshot. How many more ways can it be said? Well I guess it just all depends on how many more times an African-American looses their life because their skin was too dark! Here's the truth...there will always be the way the law says things should go then there will be the actual way things go! We have a responsibility as a people and that is to ensure all men are treated equally. Until then we will forever be fighting the good fight of equality! Let's stand together as a people and see injustice flipped on its head until we aren't seen for the color of our skin but truly for the content of our character. 

Ofttimes in the absence of a father a girl tends to not truly understand her value. There can at times be holes in her understanding of her worth and what she brings to the table. So as a father of four girls and a grandfather of one granddaughter I'm passionate about the success of women in every facet of life! I want you to know, young lady, you're amazing, you're beautiful, you're the lily that brings your husband peace, his settling after a hard rain...but you've got to believe it! Success is not an anomaly it's a decision. But good decisions can be almost impossible to make when you've never seen it done.
