Cindy Sheets shares a snapshot of the years of experience she has teaching students through project and problem based learning. She shares one of her favorite project ideas for 4th graders is a paleontology project where students get to excavate and “discover” what animal they’ve found. She also shares tips for how to help students learn how to get creative in their thinking.

Finally, Cindy highlights what she likes about the concept of “genius hour” and how having kids select their own topics of interest really works to engage them in going deeper.
