Wish: Dawn Nott

Dawn Nott is the VP of People at Wish, the leading mobile e-commerce platform in the US and EU. She is also the Founder of BlueHive, which provides coaching and HR advisory services to start-ups in the Bay Area. Dawn has over 17 years of experience building and leading HR teams for companies during periods of hypergrowth and transition. Dawn was the first HR leader at Zenefits, where she navigated the company through a period of massive growth and transformation, resulting in 300% employee growth. She was also part of the integration team at Yammer when the company was acquired by Microsoft for $1.2B.    Dawn holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC. Prior to her career in HR, Dawn was an actor in the Bay Area, appearing in a variety of stage and commercial productions. When not leading all things People & Culture, Dawn loves to cook without recipes, hike in the Berkeley hills, and binge-watch Tiny House videos on YouTube.
