Success is in a "we" and not in an "I."

Trauma-informed leadership.

The difference between feedback and validation.

Regarding feedback: Don't be nice. Be honest.

Our messaging is never done. You never "get it." It's never right on spot. Our message is meant to evolve. It evolves as we do as humans and business owners.

Trust in the feedback can lead to collaboration.

We were never taught how to receive feedback.

What does collaboration mean? What does it look like?

And what about collaborations between more than two people?
