In episode #15 of “Scaling So Far”, Marisa Bryan is joined by Petter Torgersen – talent acquisition leader at Volkswagen’s Car.Software Organisation.

Car.Software organisation is a cross-brand, has its own operating system for all Volkswagen Group models, an automotive data cloud and a new electronics architecture.

Petter has extensive experience at the likes of Cisco and Schneider Electric, more recently heading up talent acquisition at Autonomous Intelligent Driving (AID – now Argo AI).

Petter shares his learnings when it comes to building high-performing teams in a startup / scale-up environment, focusing on how to drive operational excellence with the candidate experience front of mind.
