I am joined to day by David Maack! He has served as the Racine County Emergency Management Coordinator since April 1990. Since then, he has built a nationally recognized program and in 2012, was honored at the White House as a Champion of Change. David is a 1988 graduate of Carthage College with majors in Public Administration, Business Management and Political Science. He has received a Certificate in Public Administration from UW-Milwaukee and holds certifications in Emergency Management through the International Association of Emergency Managers and the Wisconsin Division of Emergency Management. In 2006, he graduated from UW Madison’s Certified Public Management program.
