Doing this 9-5 and climbing up the ladder I see the various things I unlocked climbing up the ladder but as I climb up the ladder the more I'm being trusted with more task to be done. So I'm getting more stakes (and power) in the company. But while I get that power I have higher standards to meet. and that's Would be the same with my degree ( and profession). As I progress from the primary school to High School to University level. you get more abilities to be more proficient in your profession. but if used carelessly it will cause plenty destruction but if use wisely and take time to understand the value of the power you've been given you can use it to its full potential then start to take it further. Then you can have your own standards and your own power but also now becomes then the times comes for you to make your own responsibilities, So if people reach aim to reach your level the know the responsibilities that come with that level
