Joining me is the co-host Matilda Williams-Obiajunwa, who is the founder of Sisters In Canada Wellness Society, an organization dedicated to empowering newcomer immigrant women to thrive in Canada through interactive sessions, mentorship and support to rebuild their self-esteem, eliminate societal isolation and foster community collaboration.
