Mel discovered Indian food while living in India as a teen, and began mixing her own spices years ago to recreate the cuisine she fell in love with. After sharing her mixes with friends and family, Mel launched Spice Pots in 2014, while raising three young kids. But as she built her business externally, Mel knew that something was holding her back internally, and it wasn't until she rebooted and reignited her mindset, that she and Spice Pots really took off.
