Marisa chats to Jessie about her journey at the business so far; how she set up their people function when they were just 40 people, scaled that to support a distributed team of 200+ employees, her thoughts on the evolution of company culture, authentic leadership, and keeping things human - especially as they look to their high-growth road ahead.
