If you haven’t listened to Part 1 of this conversation, we encourage you to start there first!
In this episode, we continue our devotional on God's Will.
We talk about what gets in the way of our joy and gratitude — how life’s disappointments, unanswered prayers, and heartache can test our trust in God’s will. Chrissie shares a personal story of prayer in the hospital, and we reflect on what it means to trust God even when His answers don’t align with our desires.
We also unpack the “safety nets” we tend to cling to - our idols of control, comfort, or security — and what it looks like to surrender them to the One who sustains us.
As we close this two-part conversation, we’re reminded that God’s will is not a person, place, or process — it’s a posture of the heart. A daily invitation to rejoice, pray, and give thanks, trusting that He is good and His purposes are perfect.
Referenced Scripture: Psalm 115, Psalm 116, 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18

What is God’s will — and how can we know it?
In this week’s devotional episode, we talk about what God’s will isn’t — it’s not random, a lottery ticket, or something hidden — and what it is: His sovereign plan, His revealed truth in Scripture, and His desire for us to walk in obedience and trust.
We also unpack what it means to trust God’s plan when life doesn’t go as we expected, and how surrendering our own will leads to deeper faith and peace.
Join us as we seek to understand and live out the will of God in our everyday lives.
Scriptures referenced: Psalm 33:11, Isaiah 46:9, Luke 10:26–27, 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18, Proverbs 3:5–6, and more.

In this week’s episode, we’re unpacking some of the biggest hot topics right now—Netflix’s K-Pop Demon Hunters, Charlie Kirk’s legacy, and the latest rapture predictions. What do all of these have in common? They force us to wrestle with good, evil, and the gift of free will. At the end of the day, what we do with that free will matters—and it points us back to God as the ultimate standard of truth.
But here’s the real question: Are you ready for heaven? And if you knew your time was short, are you living in a way that reflects it?

Should Christians do yoga? It’s a question many are asking, especially as yoga has become so popular in schools, gyms, and wellness spaces. At first glance, it looks like harmless stretching—but what are the spiritual roots behind it, and why should believers be cautious?
In this episode, we’re joined by Lindsay, a Pilates instructor who once practiced yoga but felt convicted to step away. She shares her journey, why Pilates offers a safer alternative, and how we can care for our bodies while protecting our spirits.
If you’ve ever wondered about yoga’s true origins—or whether Christians can separate the exercise from its spiritual side—this conversation will equip and encourage you.

In this special catch-up episode, Chrissie and Keryn open their hearts about the past few months — the loss of a beloved grandmother, the beauty of seeing God at work in Thailand, wrestling with fear, longing for heaven, lessons in waiting, and even a surprising look at spiritual battles in pop culture.
This isn’t a “topic episode” — it’s an open door into our lives and what God is teaching us right now. Our prayer is that somewhere in these stories, questions, and little God-moments, you’ll find encouragement, perspective, and maybe even a fresh desire to lean into Him in your own season.
