Amsterdam-based HealthTech company Siilo is changing the way healthcare professionals communicate - democratising access to expertise and experience and improving patient care through knowledge-sharing in a compliant way. This is all facilitated through their secure medical messaging app. 

Today, Siilo is the largest medical network in Europe, with over a quarter-million active users who, to date, have exchanged over 200 million messages. During the Covid pandemic, digital messaging has been a critical tool for medical professionals - so there's little wonder Siilo has been named in Sifted's Netherlands startups to watch list and is in the top 50 most disruptive startups named by Sprout Challenger50 2020.

Samantha shares what their scaling journey has looked like so far, their approach to attracting and hiring mission-driven talent to bolster their growth, and with close to 50% of their org being female - how they're continuing to champion diversity in the healthcare industry.
