Life loves to throw a curveball at you when you least expect it. Brenda Bandy with the Paid Leave for All Kansans Coalition is hoping to ease that burden for working Kansans. The aim of the coalition is to encourage businesses to build a fund that can be used to pay workers should they need to leave work for an extended period of time, such as having a child or having to take care of an elderly parent.
