Not when it is made up of all of us sinners who have different desires, preferences, and beliefs. So, how should we deal with conflict? Do we choose to pretend it doesn’t exist? We bury our head in the sand - claim everything is fine - when it is anything but. Does that work? When conflict arises the question is not “What do I like, want, or prefer?” The question has to be “What will advance the mission of God?"
