In the Week Seven Meditation Episode of the Keyholder Meditation Course, we add the use of Sensory Focus to our basic Keyholder Meditation session. The practical application of this episode is about bringing the qualities and benefits of meditation into your life to live with a sense of inner calm, balance and power amid the various stimulations of day-to-day life.
