Here in Week 9 of the Keyholder Meditation Course, we once again use the intuitive movement concept that we used in posture adjustment and stretching; and this time we apply it to the more volitional practice of massage to arrive at our 'selfless' self-massage approach, and a new way of experiencing activities in everyday life. And our application topic replaces the reactive concept of managing 'stress' to the proactive idea of cultivating a sense of ease in one's life.
(Note: Those who are under medical care or have mental health concerns should consult with their medical professional or counselor before engaging in practices that relax the mind and body, such as Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, etc.)
