In this episode, we begin our advanced Keyholder Meditation practice, which is about achieving perfect posture in our sitting practice and achieving personal liberation in our life. Here in our Week 7 prep episode, we begin on our path to perfect posture with the idea of intuitive movement. Our first intuitive movement technique involves making adjustments to support a better posture. And our first application topic on the path to personal liberation is a meditation connection regarding important relationships in our life.
