I want to clarify that when I say I wrote the song, I am only referring to my versus and the hook. This song was co-written with SWISHA. This song truly was the beginning of the end. It started out as me supporting a friend only to discover there was no reciprocity once I needed support to push the song. I discovered how important it is to understand who you surround yourself with as sometimes the ones closest to you are the same ones hoping that you will fail.
