Last week I wrote about the need to change the conversation for women, work and leadership if we are truly to get to equality. This week I want to continue taking that conversation in a direction that inspires new solutions, positive outcomes and revolutionary change. I couldn’t think of a better person to have this conversation with than Margie Warrell. Margie is a thought leader in human potential and passionate about helping people live and lead more bravely. She is the best-selling author of 3 books; Find Your Courage, Stop Playing Safe and her latest book, Brave. Margie grew up the eldest of 7 children on a dairy farm in rural Australia where she learnt a lot about courage and overcoming adversity.
